Ashley is a graduate of the Terry College of Business from the University of Georgia where she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Marketing. When relaxing, Ashley loves spending time with family and friends and her hobbies include watching University of Georgia football, tennis and spending time on the water.

Ashley began her career with Express Employment Professionals in 2001 after discovering a passion for working with people as well as an interest in sales and human resources. She started with Express as a Staffing Consultant and is currently working as an Executive Recruiter where she specializes in Professional placements. Ask Ashley what she loves about her job and she will tell you its’ the most rewarding job as she gets to help her clients and associates succeed. She enjoys building relationships and helping her clients find outstanding employees as well as helping her associates find a job they love.

Ashley currently resides in the Alpharetta area with her husband Daniel and their yellow Lab, Lucy.

Born and raised in Tennessee, Christine is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.  Christine earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983.  After graduation, Christine began working as a real estate settlement officer for an Atlanta law firm.  Later, Christine married and had two children, Kathryn and Sarah, and became a stay at home mom for 13 years.  She was recently promoted from a training supervisor role at a large corporation to the on-site coordinator for Express Employment Professionals.

Meet Jessica, the solution to your hiring needs! Jessica has been with our office since August 2011 and is the primary Business Development Specialist. Jessica is a native of Griffin, Georgia, who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2010 with a degree in Business Management from the Terry College of Business. After working in marketing for both the housing industry and non-profit charities, Jessica joined Express in August 2011 as a Business Development Specialist. Jessica brings a positive attitude and infectious energy to work every day, and she is dedicated to ensuring the highest level of customer service for associates and for Express’s clients.

Jessica enjoys being active in community service, having participated in Safehouse Outreach, Open Hand Atlanta and volunteering through Buckhead Church. Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, traveling, water-skiing and exercising.

Born and raised in Iowa, Kathy and her family relocated to Cumming in 2003, as her husband joined Home Depot.  Kathy began her career with Express the following year.  Married in 1984, Kathy and her husband are proud parents of four beautiful children – a son, two daughters and a daughter in law.

Kathy started with Express as a Front Office Coordinator.  She was promoted to Staffing Consultant in 2006 and continues in that position today.  Though she’s been successful in several different positions in other industries, Kathy says her role with Express is the most fulfilling (though challenging) of her career.  She finds the work extremely gratifying and highly values the relationships with the people she encounters – both those looking for employment and her client companies.  Kathy’s primary motivation, each day, is helping people and her genuine interest is in connecting exceptional candidates with excellent clients.

 Born in Paducah, KY and moving to the Metro Atlanta area at an early age with family, now resides in Buford,GA.  From 1997 to 2002, he attended Berry College in Rome, GA and The University of Georgia where he studied Pre-Med and Finance.  Prior to joining the Express team in September 2010, Alan worked in the Mortgage Industry for 5 years where he helped people refinance and purchase new home loans.  The economy and the housing market moved Alan away from Mortgage Sales to Staffing.  He started his staffing career in Banking where he worked with local community banks and credit unions for 2 years.  Alan says “he loves building long term relationships and helping others succeed with their goals in life!”  He also states “working at Express has been a blessing and an answered prayer!  Everything I wanted in a career is in line with my opportunity at Express.”

Carol was born and raised in northern California until relocating with her husband to Gainesville in 2007, to retire and enjoy Lake Lanier. Married for 40 years, Carol and her husband are parents of four sons and proud grandparents of five. Since moving to Georgia three of Carol’s sons and their families have relocated to the area as well. Carol worked 15 years in the Eureka Union school system as a middle school secretary. A year of retirement brought Carol to Express looking for part time work. She was hired to be the Front Office Coordinator in 2008. She loves the fact that she gets to help people everyday, it’s very fulfilling for her. In her free time she loves to go boating on Lake Lanier, travel and spend time with her grandchildren.

A native of Georgia, Allen graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA Degree in Personnel Management.  After college Allen worked for 7 years with the New York Life Insurance Company.  Four years in life and health insurance sales, one year as sales trainer, and 2 years as the assistant General Manager of the Jacksonville, Florida New York Life Office.  In 1981 Allen found his calling in the staffing Industry with Norrell Staffing Services in Atlanta,Georgia.  Allen served as a Branch Manager in the Jacksonville, Florida office for 2 years.  He was promoted in 1983 to District Manager of the Texas/Louisiana District in Dallas, Texas.  In 1987,  Allen was transferred back to Atlanta, GA and placed in charge of the re-franchising team.  In 1989, Allen left Norrell Staffing to accept the position as President of the Franchise Division for Management Search International.

In 1996, Allen joined Express Employment Professionals as an Area Manager.  Served as a District Manager and company wide Field Operations Auditor for all Express offices.  In 2009 Allen Left Express Employment Professionals after 13 years in order to start an early retirement.  However, the golfing seem to get worse and the fishing got boring so Allen took advantage of the opportunity to work part time with an old friend and Express owner Rodney Moore of the Atlanta, Georgia Alpharetta Office.

Allen says, “Working with the Alpharetta, Ga. Team is wonderful.  We all enjoy helping good people find good jobs, and take great pride in giving our clients (blow your socks off) great service.  Also, I have Fridays off to improve that golf game and maybe fish if they are biting.”

As a current second year student at the University of Georgia, Emily is completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management under the Terry College of Business. Emily stays busy with her academics as well as community involvement both in her hometown of Dacula, Georgia as well as on campus. Some of her on campus involvements include positions in the University’s Student Government, weekly visits to Impact Mentorship, volunteering with the local food bank, and involvements in her sorority. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She also makes sure to take time to spend with the children at her church.

Emily stated, “As people, we have so many opportunities to impact the lives of others. On the flipside, we constantly have the blessing of growing from the experiences of those around us. Each day at Express, I hope to positively impact others as well as gain the privilege to learn and grow from each person who walks through the door.”
